2. Data collected
The personal data that may be collected on the edcspa.fr website is exclusively the data you provide voluntarily via the contact form:

- Phone number (optional)
- Project type
- Message
The contact form uses your email software's native mailto: protocol. No data is stored on our servers when you send a message. Information transmitted by email is kept in our professional mailbox.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is collected for the following purposes only:
- Responding to your contact or quote request
- Following up on your project
- Sending you information related to your request
Your data is never used for commercial prospecting without your explicit consent, nor passed on to third parties.
4. Retention period
Personal data collected via the contact form is kept for a maximum of three (3) years from your last exchange with us, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority). After this period, it is deleted from our systems.
5. Cookies
The edcspa.fr website sets a single technical cookie essential to its operation:
- cookie-consent — records your choice regarding cookie acceptance. Kept for 12 months. Strictly necessary for the operation of the site.
The site uses no audience-measurement, advertising-tracking or social-network cookies. No third-party service (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) is integrated into the site.

EDC Spa Management implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised access or disclosure.
