In a few words
"I don't always choose what happens to me, but I always decide what I make of it."
My father died of inner suffering. My mother barely survived it. As for me, I decided to live. I chose wellbeing.
From my story, I made a profession: creating spaces where people can breathe, set themselves down, find themselves again — because I know, from the inside, what it costs not to have them.
I couldn't save my father. I helped save my mother. And myself too, in the process. Today I am at peace and joyful, winning this fight every day by helping others win theirs.
For 18 years, EDC Spa Management has cared across every continent — from Étoile-sur-Rhône to New York, from Hong Kong to Paris — in hotels, spas, institutes and beauty houses. I have trained hundreds of professionals, supported thousands of clients, created a skincare brand, written two books.
And I continue, because this profession is part of me. What I pass on today is as much expertise as a way of being — with rigour, with joy, with the certainty that life is built over time.
